I have a real nice Sierra Artist single 10 string, standard Emmons setup. 3 pedals, 4 knees. Also have the wooden case for it, and a leg/rod bag that fits inside the case. This is a lightweight guitar, and has not been gigged. Actually, it sat in its case for years at a time, waiting for me to learn how to play it. Very low mileage, all set up, tuned up, ready to roll. Superior mechanisms, very solid instrument. It holds tune extremely well, and it isn't worn out.

It's so FAR SUPERIOR to a Maverick on every level. Maverick was a POS. I couldn't get rid of that thing fast enough. This is a great guitar that plays and stays in tune, and has never had mechanical issues. Cast aluminum body with precision parts. Not even on the same planet as a Maverick.

Triple raise triple lower. Fully adjustable, but I never messed with it, other than to tune the pedals and knees.

A little info on the Artist series...They are in fact a pro model steel. They aren't top of the line and were produced as a less expensive model. But, they came with a triple raise and I believe triple lower changer and can be completely adjusted with mutliple hole bell cranks.
They play very well and came standard with a George L's 10-1 pickup. They made both a S-10 and a D-10 version of the Artist and they sound very good with great sustain. The body and neck are one piece units made of aluminum.
I really liked the D-10 model I had a number of years back. The only problem I really had with it was a lack of a back stop on the top of the pedal rods. When the guitar was up side down the pedal rods would tend to come un-hooked. All in all it was a good guitar that I purchased at a very reasonable price. |

The closest thing I've seen is a similar one on ebay for $1395 + shipping, and that one only has 2 knees.
