I just put a new pot and battery in my L10K. It now sounds like a crappy fuzz box. The volume function works, just fuzzy all the way. I'm 99% sure I got the connections right.
Any ideas about what's going on with this thing?

Recheck the battery connections- crimp the connectors to the battery a titch and check that the wires going to the connector have a good connection- the area of most common concern is under the plastic where the wires connect to the battery connectors.
