I think you had the Big Bill Broonzy memorial broom. Is that correct? I play bass with Cal Hand sometimes. Check out subcinematv on You Tube. Here's a link to one video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CuMujwJWudQ&feature=plcp&context=C3f96602UPOEgsToPDskJAJxRpWNl80gdjXX7lQuth Cal's playing my 6 string Fender Stringmaster. It's a great guitar.

Elvin Erickson passed away in August 2008. I still have a E9/B6 universal 12 he built for me in 1978. I haven't played it in 25 yrs, so I should find a home for it.

I'm not aware that Elvin made any non pedal guitars. Anyone have one?

I saw Elvin and played his last pedal guitar in 2007. I think he had stopped making them in the late 90's. I might see his son Buddy weekend after next at the local bluegrass festival in Plymouth, MN and will ask him about a console Erickson.

I was the BBB broom. All the VJ Beatles lps turned out to be counterfeit!

L.Bogue: I'm looking for an Erickson 12. Could you take some pics and let me know what it looks like, etc. PM is good.

Rodger - Yes I know those VJ lps were fakes. You should have gotten more of those Trumpet 78s in Mississippi. I don't know how the private message deal works.
