The Florida Steel Guitar Club's June 2005 Meeting/Jam will be Wednesday, June 8th, 2005, at 5:30PM. The location is Catfish Johnny's Restaurant, CR470, Lake Panasoffkee, Fl. (our regular Meeting/Jam place).
The FSGC Club holds monthly Meetings/Steel Guitar Jams the second Wednesday of each month. Lake Panasoffkee is exit 321 on I75, approximately 60 miles west of Orlando and about the same distance north of Tampa.

Even with our snowbird friends back in the north country, we still have a good turnout of players and audience at the monthly meetings.
Now, with two clubs in the Tampa area, interest in steel guitar is increasing.
Our jams are open to novice as well as experienced players.
With so many folks involved, there is always something new to learn about the steel guitar or the music.
We also have fun.

Jerry, the day time show is a private party. This is a tour bus, from St Petersburg. We have them quite a bit during the winter season but this is the first one we've had in the "off season". They get a "Florida Cracker" style lunch and then a show.
