I know that the subject of Nashville 112 reverb problems has been discussed over and over on this forum, but I've got one that I don't recall hearing about. Sometimes, during a gig or at home practice, the reverb will quit working. All I have to do is turn the reverb control knob off and then back on and it starts working again. After awhile it quits again and I can do the same thing over.

I have cleaned and tightened the connections and visually inspected the spring unit and can find no problems. Does anyone have any clue as to what's going on with this thing?

First guess - bad potentiometer. Wiggle the knob and see if it cuts in and out and/or you might try just exercising the control a bunch of times - back and forth - see if it clears up. Probably won't be permanent, but if it fixes it for a while, you'll know where the problem is.
