Early-'90s Takamine that would be equally at home on Austin City Limits. This is a one-owner guitar in "Excellent Plus" condition. This guitar came from the same owner as the Nashville Ltd. D-10 Jernigan I recently sold on this site. It's the weapon of choice for Springsteen, Bon Jovi, Toby Keith, and others.
The guitar is untouched, 100% original (it has been re-strung). Stock "Takamine" closed-back tuners, bound rosewood fingerboard with split diamond-type snowflake inlays, rosewood bridge, and 7-ply top binding. The gloss top top is solid Spruce, with Nato back and sides.
Top is solid spruce, sides and back are mahogany. The guitar is X-braced, and is supplied complete with its original hard shell case.
Price is $589 plus shipping. Contact Steve c/o Forum

A friend of mine, use to sing lead in our group, has one just like this one. Great tone, and plays great to. If I ain't mistaken, these sell for over $1000 now. So Great price to boot.

They do sell for that from what I understand. The guitar's priced to sell, just like the Jernigan was. Thanks for stopping by! Steve |

Don't these models have a cedar top and maple back and sides? _________________ "Technology has given us the ability to repeat all the mistakes we have learned from history, but much faster, deadlier and with much greater accuracy" - KAB |
