I wonder if he will ever get a steel guitar, that would be interesting...
There's loads of sleepy mountain banjo boy videos on YouTube.
I think he is about 11 now, so probably ready for his steel....
I think, judging by the amount of views, you already know about these guys, but I have only recently discovered them, so thought I would post a link here, just in case you haven't seen them.....

Those guys are amazing...easy to get discouraged watching that...
I started on 6-string at about age 22 in 1983 and steel last year at 50! Why'd I wait so long? Wish I knew...nothing I can do about that now, though, 'cept get back in the seat practicing!
Heck, 51 isn't even old around this forum, right...?
