They look similar to these tuners sold by Stewart-Macdonald, but you may be able to just purchase replacement tuner buttons and replace just the button if the tuner still works otherwise. _________________ Brad’s Page of Steel

Just an educated guess, that looks like the "National Resophonic Repro" imported from Japan by Strum & Drum in Wheeling, Illinois circa 1970-71-72. If so, those tuners were very common on Japanese guitars of the period, mostly Les Paul copies and imitations of various Gibson flat-top guitars. Several companies have modern reproductions, the buttons were common on original Gibsons, and old Japanese ones still turn up in repair shop's scrap tuner bins or drawers if you ask and have a sample with you to compare.
