Gary,

For example a ending chord:

Pick string 10, 6, and 4 with you A&B-Pedal down.
Then let the A&B pedal comming up slowly and at the same time you pick the 7th string and raise it.Here you have your full ending chord.

If you want from a 1 chord to a 2 chord.

For example from C to D7:

A&B pedal down on the 3th fret Pick Strings 7, 6 and 5.
Raise the 7th string with knee lever, then let the same knee lever comming back.Then pick string 8. Then lower your 8 string with knee lever. Then let pedal A comming up.
Here's your D7 chord.
