Hey guys and gals i have just talked to Mr. Mike Sigler about doing another seminar and he graciously agreed to do it . He said that he didn't get to teach some important things about the steel and he would like to follow up on that . The date is may the 13-th. at 6:00 pm,until we get tired . This is a great night because we don't have to get up early on Saturday .This will be in the fellowship hall at our church ,and please don't let that scare you away . This will only be about steel guitar and nothing else . We are going in a different direction this time . We will all bring our Steel Guitars and amps only ( no effects devices !! Or racks ) Also bring your headphones because you will need them . You can call me and i will explain why that is . Also bring your tape recorder if you have one ,Again ''no videos '' . Mike has agreed to do this for a cost of $ 20.00 Dollars each . This is what i suggested and not him ! We can order Pizza and have a nice evening with the ''Pro'' . Please let me know if you are interested in something like this by way of E-Mail or phone . My home # is ( 614 ) 491-7379 and cell # is ( 614 ) 774-3109 . We can't let this pass us by folks ,because you all know what kind of player and teacher Mike is . He doesn't leave any stone un turned . Again this will only be about the Steel Guitar . Please make plans to attend . Even if you aren't at the place that you are comfortable playing in front of a crowd you must attend anyway,i'm sure that Mike wouldn't mind . See you at the seminar . Best regards,,,Gary .

I'd be pretty nervous setting behind a steel with some of you guys watching, but theres no better way to learn. And we could't ask for a better teacher. So count me in.

Gary, I'll be there. I think the 13th or 20th would be the best...27th being Memorial Day weekend, some may be doing the mini-vacation thing.

P.S. I'm with Todd, but I'll bring my stuff and show you all how NOT to play...it'll make Mike look even better! lol

Man, I never thought I'd say this, but I wish I were still living in Cincinnati, so I could head up I-71 to attend this thing. Mike floored everybody at the Norwalk, CT show in November, with both his steel playing (and his singing!). Any of you all who are on the fence about it, please go, Mike is real force on the steel. I hope to get to hear him play live again very soon.

I wonder if he will do some things on both necks, he claimed that he wasn't a C6 player, then proceeded to burn up that neck too, pretty amazing.
