FARMONT, WV – The public is welcome as country band, Smokin’ Section will be the featured staff band for the local finalist of the Colgate Country Showdown on Friday, June 10th.
The talent show will take place in the West Chester Village, 1825 Locust Avenue, Fairmont, West Virginia, beginning at
7:00 PM.
Band members include organizer and drummer, Chuck Lipps from Little Hocking, OH.; Bass Guitar, Mark Armbrecht of St. Clairsville, OH; Lead and acoustic guitar, Dave James of Norwalk, OH ; Keyboards, Brian Harrington of East Liverpool,OH, and Rick Troyer of the Hummingbird Music Studio, Sugarcreek, OH, - at the steel guitar.
The Colgate Country Showdown is host to many fine talent shows searching for the new artist of the future.
