I watched once again "One Flew over the Coocoos Nest" on the TMC chanel. When the inmates took over the boat for a fishing trip, the Musical Sound Track included a Steel Guitar as they left the Harbor for the open sea. This film was released in 1975. I wonder who was playing Steel Guitar ?

I left the cinema halfways into the movie. Too intense for me.
It's not allowed to view over here, maybe the part you mean is included?
