I'll be playing with The Dave Russell Band this Friday & Saturday night at The Willow Creek Lounge in the Black Oak Casino which is near Sonora in N. CA. I'm not sure of the exact times, but there's an opening act at 9:00 and then we will end up doing 2 50-minute sets. We haven't played this particular room before, but from what I understand, it is a good room to play in and to be heard & viewed in. This gig is the reason I won't be able to make the Steel Jam in San Jose on Saturday afternoon. --- Marc www.daverussell.com

| Here's a reminder for those who might be in the area. I'm actually getting ready to leave in a couple of hours because sound-check is so early. The opening act at 9:00 is Smokin Armadillo fiddler Jason Thieste.
