The next meeting of the Southest Texas Steel Guitar Club will be held Sunday, February 5, at 2:30 P.M. The building will be open for setup at 2:00. As usual, the meeting will be held at the Life Church building, at 26189 Westheimer Parkway, Katy, TX.
Our featured player will be Dale Thomas, from Iowa, who puts on a great show. This is a return visit by Dale and it should be a great one. Other players and musicians are encouraged to come and join in. Please bring your backup tracks, charts, or just wing it with the backup band. As usual have two songs ready for the first set. Then we go to the featured player and then the jam.
You should make it home in time for the Super Bowl.
Park in front of the church and enter through the front door. No Smoking on the church property.
Directions: Take I-10 west and exit at PinOak Rd and take Pin Oak south. It becomes Westheimer Parkway after a short drive. The church is on the right, or South side. |

Got to miss this one guys maybe?? Anna and I are moving this weekend but if we finish early I will be there. I sure like Dales playing and friendship.
