Mint condition Gold Tone 8-string lap steel. I bought this a year ago to prep learning C6th, but I never got farther than putting appropriate strings on it (it came strung for F6). It has a total of about one hour playing time and has literally never left my music room. That's why I'm selling it: I don't use it, and at the moment I need to raise a little more dough to get a back-up S-10 pedal steel.

Not a scratch on it. Everything functions perfectly. Although I can find no imperfections in the instrument itself (some of these sell on Ebay as seconds), there is a slight line in the finish (not a crack, more like a brush stroke) on the back of the neck that appears when viewed from an angle. I could not get my camera to pick it up, however. It is very slight; I never noticed it until I started moving the guitar around for pictures.

I bought this without a case and am selling it the same way. As I said, it never left my room, so I never got as far as worrying about a case. It will be packed accordingly (i.e., prepared for battle with the shipping industry). If the buyer intends to buy a case for it and would like it shipped with one, he or she could have the case sent directly to me when they purchase the case. Elderly Instruments sells one for $126 (http://elderly.com/also/accessories/items/GCGT-LS.htm.
