I've decide to sell my Beautiful 1974 MSA S-10 PEDAL STEEL GUITAR.Serial # 1S3908.Asking $1250. Paypal users please add 3% to total for fees. Price includes shipping to the lower 48 states After payment with bank check or money order has cleared. I'm the original owner of this guitar. I purchased a D-10 and just don't play this one anymore. It has the beautiful black formica finish. The custom pinstriping is automotive stripeing and can be removed if desired.This guitar is a semi-classic and originally came with 3 pedals and 1 knee. I added 3 knees and Grover tuners to it. It has a Bill Lawrence 705 pick-up on it that has a great sound. The original super sustain pick-up is also included in the sale along with the original tuners. Guitar is in great shape with normal wear. Just a couple of minor scratches. The guitar sits 27.5" from the floor to the bottom of the guitar. about 2" higher than normal for a taller player. This can be changed easily also. Pedal rods are 25.75" long from the hook to the bottom of the connector. Comes with the original case and pedal bag. This was my baby for a long time. Well taken care of. Reece gave me the info on it being a 1974. set up is : LKL-F# TO G#, LKR-D# TO D, RKL- E's TO F, RKR- E's TO D Pedals are standard. If this is Emmons setup and E's were lowered and raised on left knee levers instead of right this could be interesting

Hi Edward. Played it set up like this for years. Actually pretty easy to play. When I bought my D-10 I thought it would be difficult switching over to the E's on the left knee but after a few days it clicked with me. Of course the levers can be set up to the players preference. Thanks for your reply. This is a very sweet steel guitar. Still kinda thinking about just keeping it. Have a great day fellow picker. |
