| There is a great biography of Faron written by Diane Diekman (hope I spelled it right). The best description of Faron was with two drinks he was the nicest man you ever met, but with more than two he was one of the meanest. Growing up the cows gathered around him to listen to him sing, nobody else in his family had any musical talent. |

Such a great singer/entertainer and such a tragic end. RIP, Faron.
Some old music pals of mine and I are working on a honky tonk music project. (we'll be playing at the fabulous  "Carousel Lounge" in Austin on March 10th).
