I'm looking at an old 1939 Oahu (see pic) but it has had the pots replaced - not sure they replicated the resistors on the pots. Is that a problem? Also it looks like it is separating near the bottom/bridge where it was joined together - is that typical? Is it a problem?

I find that on most old Oahu guitars the quality is lacking.
