| I am making a 10 string lap steel and my strings are 3 5/8 " from low to high. Would his work or would I need a 12 string pickup? Jerry |

I think a twelve would do you better.
Total width of these is only 3-13/16".
if your spacing is more than 0.40277777, you gonna run out of pickup...

I have this pickup in my Sd10 Thomas steel. If you have never heard one of these pickups your missing out!!! THis Thing sounds like a million bucks!! Get it get it!
