will truetones pickups fit in a older msad-10 classic
1975 the pickups in older msa's mount with two screws
from the bottom of the the guitar. does true tones have a mounting system for older msa's??

Not without routing out the hole Paul. It's not easy as the ply is tough stuff and you come close to the edge of the neck to get the hole big enough for a narrow mount truetone. You need to make new screw holes from the top. The other option is to send the original pickups to Jerry Wallace for a rewind.

I installed a True Tone in my 1976 D-12 MSA with no fit problem at all, Paul.

From the look of the top plate of the pickups in my D-10, it looks like someone dropped a pair into my 74 Classic.
