My first impressions:

Amazing build quality. You can tell alot of engineering went into this guitar.

I like the sound of the guitar. I prefer the neck pickup so far. It has a pretty PSG like sound I enjoyed quite a bit.

The palm pedals wil take some getting used to!

One thing I already figured out:

The guitar came with a heavy set of strings tuned to open D. After a bit of fooling around I put the same set as I use on my peavey powerslide. The Jagwire E7 set.

I discovered that using a ligher guage string causes the pedal to be raised farther away from the strings and makes the throw longer when tuned up and I do not like that.

This is goign to take a bit to get right.

I would like to have a shorter throw on the pedals and have them resting closer to the strings but still use an E tuning.

Now I'm off to study tunings and string guage!
