My old friend Kin Alvers had his MSA Classic D 10 and Peavey Special 130 stolen a couple of days ago.
The MSA is brown mica. Hope this scum sucker gets caught.
There are pictures of look alikes posted on facebook. I tried to post them here, but the file was too large.

I went thought this a few years ago - check close pawn shops and keep an eye on e-bay.

I had 2 stolen and one was at a pawn shop only a few miles from my house - and the second one was bought in a flee market in Sana Rosa, CA (from my house in Phoenix)

Good luch and will keep an eye out over here

Jody Burhl Sanders had this happen to him i think in the 80's once the steel feel out of the van and scared a hole in the front of it (road rash) it's still around, but he lost one I think.
I had someone steal my 74 Tele custom, 66 mustang, 75 P-bass, GL Vintage G200, & Session 400 amp. Got P-bass back. Kids got scared and threw the rest in the river.
Hope whom ever stole this steel backs their back picking it up.
Good luck!!!

I have brought this up before, but I wish we had a "Stolen Gear" section on the forum, so we could check it regularly to be on the lookout in our area.
I know I am diligent when I see something that may turn up in my neck of the woods. I believe instruments have been recovered before by forum members who spot an item that we have been alerted to.
