WTT 5 string banjo for lap steel

I keep going back and forth on this, but I think my heart lies in getting a single or double neck lap steel...preferably a Fender. The banjo I have is LN as I purchased it new in July 2011 from Robin Smith, the builder outside of Nashville. These are great banjos comparable to Deerings. All reasonable offers will be considered. I figure the value of this banjo to be around $1400,,,I paid $1900 for it new, with case, of course. Thanks for looking.
