Yes the violin i about gave away was an orginal eberly. I got several PM's about it,too many to answer as i am terrible at typing. Too long of a story to go in to trying to type. But thanks for all the intrest.
I have two violin bows which would sell for 1200.00 or more each in a real violin shop but coulden't get ten bucks for either one i bet.lol. I have always known a good bow when i pick it up but not always the value.

I had the bows appraised by an expert violin maker.I plan on donating them to a school for some young gifted violinist who can not afford a good bow if i can locat one.Tracy

Don't know why i always spell eberle with a y
It is spelled eberle but when saying it sounds like ley. I bought the violin in Englewood,Ca. in 1952 but had not given it any thought since i sold it for nothing a few years ago and thats a long story.lol
