I love it! Especially the Beatle-y touches in your arrangement like the double-tracking sneaking in and out and the repeated high fifths on the offbeats. You've done a great job of capturing the essence of the tune while re-imagining it at the same time. My DNA was humming along! |

Beautiful interpretation. Your tone is sweet... Of course, I am a huge Beatles fan myself, back when cassettes were around. thanks chuck! Hey do you live near Phoenix? Just curious because that's where I am now. Visiting mom n dad for the holidays. I wont be here in January (unfortunately)but if you have any engagements between now and the 28th, let me know. We can try to come see you...Chris |

Thanks, guys. Glad you like the arrangement. Some of the Beatles songs play themselves, lovely melodies.

I never would have thought of that one as being a steel guitar tune, but now I know better! The way you played it suits the melody perfectly. |

Thanks, Bob. I'm enjoying your website. Nice to see a transcription of one of Lester Young's great solos.
Chris, I'm a Denver guy, but I always enjoy getting to visit sunny Phoenix for the SWSGA's show. Sorry to miss you.
