Bassman 100 head...212 or 115 cab?

Well ended up buying a Bassman 100 head and it's marvelous, only now I'm trying to figure out what speakers to run it into.

I have a 212 cab for guitar that I use a lot and it's 8ohms...can I safely run the 4ohm output Bassman into this as far as impedance is concerned?

Also if I was looking for a good 115 cab to run the head into are there any good Webber 15" speakers that people here use for steel?
