I bought a Carter Starter a few months ago and I need it to be quite a bit taller. I'm 6'3" and the knee levers are pretty much useless, seeing as I can barely get my legs under the thing.
Any recommendations here? The only place I can see that has them is Al Brisco's in Canada. Does anyone know of another place to pick these up that might not require an international purchase (I'm in NYC).
Thanks,
Eric |

You can buy some threaded standoffs from Graingers and make your own lift kit. Much cheaper. |

Eric, I have 1" or 2" leg extensions for the Starter. I also have the 1" or 2" rod extensions. The leg extensions screw onto the top of the legs.

I have the opposite problem. I am 5'6 but seem to be a touch to short to reach the knee levers comfortably. Maybe I am doing it wrong.... sigh |
