Hello Steel Guitar Forum Brothers & Sisters.
I really could use some help!!, I Got a couple of Teaching DVD's from Mike Archer, to learn how to play "Papa's Hughey's Look at Us", and the DVD Player/Recorder went out in My Computer.
Thanks To Mr. Tommy Bannister, I now have a Ext Dvd Player/Recorder.
And I Am Still Looking To see If Anyone has "Portable Type, With The Flip Up/Swivel Screen On It" That I Can Let my Granddaughter use & Then Take It With Me In The Car, That they no longer need or want?, & would send it my way to help a Brother Out???.

howard,I have an exterior usb dvd player,(think its a recorder as well that I bought when my computer dvd player went up the shoot,never have used it as in the end I bought a new laptop.
if you send me your address,I'll send you it free of charge ,no swap or costs to you.I'v never used the andy hiltons finger picks that you recomended,because my stroke that paralized my left hand side of my body still persists.I pray everday three or fourtimes for return of my movement so that I can play again guitar or pedal steel aslong as it sounds like music to our fans.

howard my friend, seeing that i bought the usb exterior drive over two years agomy wife put it away saftly somewhere up stairs,I have asked her to look for it so to send it to you.
unfortinately I want to keep my brobro,for when and if I recover from my stroke. but the ex dvd drive will be on its way to you as soon as possible.

howard ,wife has found dvd drive and player, she has packed it securly in bubble wrapp is is posting it to you,sorry but do not know how longit will take to get to you,I ope its what you realy want,and aso helps in your playing,I taught myself to play papa johns look at us years ago,also played it onstage a number of times,with great applause,not bad for a 68 year old now,proberly will have learn it again if the old brain tells my left hand side what to do.ha ha.
anyway my fried enjoy the gift,you deserve it howard,also sorry to know that your dearest friend andy hinton hass passed over,may he rest in peece,another forum member gone but not forgotten

I Got The dvd drive and player Today & Hooked it up to my Computer and It Worked Great!.
It was Lazer Beam in My DVD Drive that Went out!, Now I need to work on my Camera, .

I would like to thank you for your Offer, However, my granddaughter does not have a computer to hook one of those type of Portable DVD player/Recorder too.
The Kind Of Portable DVD Player, That I am looking for is this type, (Color Don't matter), just as long as it has a Flip Up Viewing Screen. (I would like a swivel Screen, If Possible?).Like this one:

howie my friend if I win on the lotto I would gladly have one deleverd to your home
but owing to be retired along with my wife,also retired
were living on 108.55 US Dollars a week, and thats all we have for warter rates, council tax,electricity,and food.so iwill be unable to require one for your daughter.
I feel sad about this but its all I can do at this moment.
