There's not a finer gentleman or musician than Gene. There's a big hole in the music now, but he left an impressive legacy and countless friends behind. I hope there's music wherever he is now. _________________ On Earth, as it is in Texas |

This is a sad but not un-expected day. Gene was top-shelf all the way, as a picker and as a friend. Condolences to Dell (his woman) and all the family, which includes all the musicians whose music Gene graced and made better, including my own. |
