Thats right the President of the Rhode Island Steel Guitar Assoc.Tony Palmer is playing I beleave this week end at (The Wolf Den)Mohegan Sun Casino in Uncasville Ct.Tony is one of the top steel players in Rhode Island and he can make that Steel cry.
