| The next SETexas Steel Guitar Club Meeting will be Sun. Nov. 6th at 2:30PM. Don't forget to set your clocks back an hour Sat nite due to Daylight Saving Time. The meeting will be at the Life Church Bldg. in Katy. Dir: I10 to Katy. Take PinOak exit. South on PinOak to the Church on your right. You may notice a street name change to Westhiemer. Players should be there by 2:00PM to set up. We want everyone, regardless of your playing level to play. Have 2 songs ready. There will be a Players Segment, a Featured Player Segment(not known as yet) and a JAM. The meeting is free, however we will have a box set up for those who would like to donate to help defray the expenses of operating our club. If you have product for sale, CD's teaching aids, etc. bring them. All musicians, vocalists, and steel guitar fans are welcome. Soft drink refreshments and treats are always appreciated. We will keep the coffee pot hot. Hope to see you there. Jody, Billy, and Patty. |

Well I won't make it either I'm in California but I will be there in spirit. Glad to hear your having some good days Jody! You guys have a great meeting have lots of fun, somebody take some pictures or video or both. I had actually worked up a couple of songs so I wouldn't be just not able to think of anything to play. But new job has called and taken me away to the west coast. Oh well I might not ever get to show you guys I can really play and not just fumble around.
