Had the pleasure of watching Eddie play with the "Wheel" tonight. He put it on top shelf. Spoke to him briefly after the show and he told me his Fender was the one that Gene Crownover used while playing with Bob Wills. A very good tone and beautiful steel. The only problem someone had stolen the pedals, and his seat. lol. Sure wish I could play like that.

I think I saw a U-Tube from a Club Around Austin, Tx. and Eddy was playing a Pedal Steel. I don't think the "Wheel" has used Pedal Steels in recent years,.

Sorry, I was just trying to be funny when I said someone had stolen his pedals and seat. It certainly was not a pedal steel. He may play pedal also I didn't ask.

Billy, could you supply a link to that Youtube? I'd like to see Eddie Rivers on the pedal steel. He does wonder on the steel standing up, he's got a great tone.

Thanks,

ayp
