I'm thinking of buying a banjo. Something affordable with a pick up of some sort. I really have no idea what brand to look at. I was hoping to get some recommendations. Thanks

Deering Goodtime Banjo seems to be the best entry level out there. I have the version with the resonator. no pickup tho. i got mine on local Craigslist. I would definitely recommend it.
