Fender Triple Neck Console Steel Repairs

Hello, i recently bought a 1950's era Fender triple neck console steel with the lollipop style tuners. It has the common issue of worn out gears, at least one per tuning pan in my case. I have done some reading through the forum and i know of a few options i have in terms of repair but i am looking for someone who might have old tuning pans in this style they would be willing to sell or anyone who is savvy with repairing them. Any help would be greatly appreciated, i know these parts are hard to come by but its worth a shot!
