Goodrich Address?

I've got a 'basket case' 120 Goodrich pedal. It's missing the volume pot, the string and maybe a few other screws inside. I'd like to send it to Goodrich to have them go through it and bring it back to OM specs. Does anyone have info on how to get in contact with the company? Thanks.
