What A Show laney and Russ weas never better,
Mike Hammontre's were in top form. Robert Anderson and those Wallace guitars topped off everyones singing, Jim Hartley played drums as only he can. Johns bass playing was above par.
The crowd had a great time and we won new people that said they will be back.
My yard was full of cars and an over flow crowd here to go.

Of course all wives were there.

Agreed, it was a great time at the Sun Country Jamboree last Saturday. They even had to bring in extra seats.
I sure enjoyed playing bass for Russ and Laney. They both put their hearts into their music, and it shows. Terrific folks!
And thanks to you, Ernie, for introducing me to several of our fellow Forumites who were at the show.

EARNIE, NAN and all. Thank you so much for your hospitality to Jane and I. Glad to meet you John L-M , and everone. I can not recall when I enjoyed myself so much, the music was outstanding and Russ and Laney are Superb as you all know...Earnie , I got a big Bear HUg from laney and she may hsve kissed me on the cheek, I was so excited to see her , I dont recall....Yes , She likes possum too as well as Russ and john , John and a bunch of the rest. I may have talked Lonnie into trying it....Lonny, Thank you so much for putting on such a great and entertaining show...This old got really enjoyed it......To everyone , Thanks again with all the love Jane and I can muster for a great week end....Earnie and NAN we love you......Jennings......
Yes, we play steel for the beautifull angelic sound of it.....We have and Angel to sing along with the steel,,,,,,,Laney.
