Here is a chance to see Connie Smith and her band “The Sundowners” at work.
On Wednesday, Sept 7th at 7PM Connie and her band will be streamed live from the Music City Roots Show in Nashville. Connie is on the bill with Marty Stuart and his Fabulous Superlatives. Marty’s guitar player, Kenny Vaughn, will also be featured. Both Connie and Kenny have released new records.
Connie has one of the best bands working today. The front line is Gary Carter - steel and Rick Wright – guitar with Rod Ham – bass and Rick McClure – drums in the rhythm section.

| Yes! Arguably the greatest female voice ever in country music and four exceptionally skilled and tasty grey-haired , and no-haired, musicians. And some of the best songs of the last few decades. Gary Carter was really impressive! |
