As sometimes happens to many of us it appears the potential buyer of the Remington either has simply had a change of heart or extenuating circumstances that force him to be unable to complete our trade deal as agreed.
Those things happen to the best at times.
That said, if the party indeed has extenuating circumstances and still wants the Rem it will still be his as we both agreed but I need to know and want to move on so if you are interested in this Rem let me know
with the understanding that the other fellow is still first in line if he informs me he has not changed his mind. Just want to be fair to all.
