THIS PRIZE INSTRUMENT BELONGED TO THE LATE BILL WYANS
OF TOLEDO,OHIO.MR WYANS WAS A LUTHIER&TEACHER AND WAS
A COLLECTOR OF OLD VIOLINS.THIS IS AN INSTRUMENT MADE
OF VERY FINE TONE WOODS.AND IT IS IN EXCELLANT MECHANICAL CONDITION.THE GREAT POWER AND SOUND IS A
TESTIMONY TO ITS AGE,CRAFTMANSHIP AN OVERALL CONDITION. THE VIOLIN HAS ITS QUALITY EBONY FINGERBOARD,TAILPEICE AND CHINREST,IT IS FULLY LINED
AND BLOCKED.WITH BETTER STRINGS THIS VIOLIN WOULD PLAY LIKE ONE WORTH A HUNDRED TIMES ITS VALUE. THERE ARE NO OPEN CRACKS OR SEAMS.A SMALL CRACK ON THE TREBLE SIDE HAS BEEN FIXED AND IS SOLID.NICE GENTLE FLAMING AND NICE SHAPING ON SCROLL COMES WITH CASE AND BOW .

I HAVE TO TAKE THIS VIOLIN OFF THE MARKET.
