Ok, I believe the steeler is Red Rhodes and I think the drummer is Biff Adams, but who is the bass player? And the guitar player sounds like Roy Nichols, but is that really him?

That's Red and Biff. Not Roy and I don't know the bass player. I'm sure somebody here knows.
Harley James in Portland has that same Fender steel that Red is playing here.
