PRICE LOWERED TO $199.

Howdy,

I've got a vintage Peavey Deuce VT series amp - looks just like this one: http://thelittleguitarshop.com/ESW/Images/DSC02455.JPG, but mine is the apparently rare 1x15 with an EV speaker. If I had to guess I'd say it's an old EV SRO (like this: http://2.bp.blogspot.com/__94B6g6o3c8/S5l-Ai84kDI/AAAAAAAAASo/Vc_kL1ztiHc/s320/sro3.jpg).

This is a 2 channel amp with solid state preamp and tube power amp - rated at 120 watts but with 4 6L6GC's it's crazy loud. You can use both channels in series if you want, which is what I do. Gives you tons of volume/gain control, headroom, and tone control. Also has spring reverb and a crazy built in 70s phaser effect. I have the original footswitch with it for channel/verb/phaser.

This amp has been serviced like nobody's business:
- brand new matched quad of JJ 6L6GC power tubes (less than 20 hours on them)
- new filter caps and numerous other caps and resistors replaced
- new 3 prong power cable
- completely serviced by Bill Webb at Austin Vintage Guitar

Only issue is it needs to stay cool to stay at full power (which is a lot of power). I put a little desk fan on the back of it and it does the trick perfectly. Fan is included with amp.

Dimensions are: 20 3/4" tall x 26 5/8" wide x 11" deep

Just bought a NV 1000, so this one is priced to sell. $199, local to central Texas as it's too heavy to make shipping worthwhile.

Thanks gang!

Hey Craig, thanks for the offer. While a regular session 400 would do the trick, I've played a couple 400 limited amps and they're just not for me. Cheers!
