1950s Fender Champion Lap Steel in yellow pearloid finish. The condition is remarkable: no dings or scratches on the body at all; the original felt on the back is gone and there is one small scratch on the metal plate on the headstock. Plays and sounds beautiful with the tele-style pickup. Everything is original except for the tuners, which I replaced with identical new ones (the original ones are included as well). The volume pot cuts in and out a bit as it is being turned; otherwise everything works perfectly. Even the tweed case is in very good condition, just missing one of the brass “feet”; all hinges and latches are intact. $900 includes shipping in lower 48.
