Not too long ago, someone posted a link to this auction of a doubleneck National New Yorker. I had a 7-string Electric Hawaiian (the predecessor to the New Yorker) and I loved the look. I saw one of these while back at Folkway Music and kicked myself for not buying that one.
So now I suppose it's time to figure out what tunings to use. I will probably break down and tune one neck to C6, the other to ??? |

Congratulations! I stepped up from my Rogue that I was initially learning on to an old Fender d8 a few months back. I am using the Don Helms E6 tuning. Very near to E13 on my second neck. HAVE FUN! _________________ Brian |

Congrats! That was me who posted this one first...looks like a beaut. Not for nothing, but maybe C6 and B11...pretty common combo. |
