Mike Eisler and I put a 1203-4 BW in his N112 two weeks ago. It totally changed the way he hears things and now the way he approaches playing. He can now hear some of the little things he had been missing like clearer bass note separation and smoother highs. He now has a Jody Cameron-Papa John feel he never had before.
Next week comes a bulldozer of a PP with sustain for days reworked by the great tech Lynn Stafford. I will let you know how this 1st year player is doing next week. As a student and friend he is blowing me away. He already is a great banjo/fiddle player so I guess it was just a matter time...
