Why sell a 112 to buy another 112? Is the new one better?

I hear ya Tommy. I had one NV112 and my brother-n-law used it so much til I figured he wanted one for himself. So I bought another from a good buddy of mine, and told him to just pay me what I paid . Then he said "well I uh, um, dah , will have to pass on that". Confused So I just had to let him know, get your own amp to travel with. Now I got 2 NV112. ANyway, bump it on up again for the NV112, excellent amp.

Dwight

Tommy, other than weight would you say this speaker is an improvement over the stock speaker?

That Forum member is still waiting for his payment, Tommy. Time to send it.

Bob couldn't have made it any clearer.
I think his next message won't be quite as ambiqous.
Used to be when a mans word, was a mans word.
And Tommy I think you said that in one of your replies.
Make it good with Jerry and all will be cool.

Idea Send me the broken amp from the other 112 deal, and I'll repay the forum member myself. Or you can refund his money. You can't keep the amp and keep his money, Tommy, no matter how the deal went south. That's just not fair. Exclamation

The only way to get to resolve this is for a third party to take control of the goods. I am volunteering. I might lose money on it, but it's a risk I'm willing to take.

I'm not gonna post this whole story on here b0b and we've already discussed this via pm. There's more than one victim here and I'm sure you know both sides. The particular amp was never advertised on buy n sell. If u guys are looking to crucify someone then go ahead. I'm sure if we opened a debate right here all it would be is a good read. I'm am positive there are two different tall tales. As far as doing the right thing yeah I agree but never the less who is right and who is wrong is a matter of opinion. I guess this is now open for public debate since you didn't lock this thread after your last post. So I'm sure the wolves are on the prowl, including the ones that have been sending their hate mail and the hillbilly from Branson who is gonna pay me a visit.

I see what you did there.

I'll lock it, okay. You could have replied to my PM but you posted a Question icon instead which is why I made my offer public. Send me the amp and I'll deal with it from there. It will be out of your hands and the deal will be my responsibility.

You can't keep the money and the amp, even if the amp has been trashed. You have to give up one or the other.

Respond via PM or email. Topic is closed.
