room rate at Clarion?

I just booked a single room, one occupant and asked for the steel convention rate and was told the best they could do was $149.00. That seems higher than I remember last years being? Is there a better rate or are scotty's rooms sold out? I booked it anyway.

Tom, the Millennium still have rooms at the Convention rate. If you went through their main office with a 800 number then that could be the problem. If you live in the US call the Millennium and it will get straighten out. Their number is (314) 241-9500.
