Howdy, if anyone in the Washington D.C. area has nothing to do friday November 5th, come on out and tolerate my playing!! I'll be picking with Ken Giese and the Idle Time Band at JV's Restaurant at 6666 Arlington Blvd. in Falls Church, Virginia. We'll play from 9-1, no cover charge, so if you think I'm horrible, you can leave and it won't have cost you a cent!!!

My Goodness Chris...you're scarin' them away . Wish I were able, cause I would certainly be there. Chris is a musician who knows how to get into his work and a personality that is just fantastic. You know we all want to go out and have fun and we avoid places that we don't have fun, so if fun and good music are what you are looking for stop in and see Chris and the gang.

Ray, did I meet you at the gig I did with Redd Volkaert and Ricky Davis? Your name rings a bell. Gary, will you please bring your picks and bar? I always enjoy hearing you play and respectfully ask you to sit in on a couple of tunes. I'll have the Emmons, it's a little tougher to play then your Zum, but I'm sure you'll do fine!!

Yepper Chris. Matter of fact, Boo and I were putting on the jam that weekend and decided to go hang out at Griffs to see what you boys were up to. And yep that was the night that you were playing with Red and Ricky....who had your Sho-Bud rockin. You wre playing bass as I recall. You have a great personality which makes a solid base for your performance. And yes I am still alive and kickin for now

One last bumperooski. I took a 1/2 day from work so I can go home and practice. If Gary and Buddy G. are showing up I don't want to TOTALLY embarass myself. Hey, maybe I'll get really nutty and actually change the strings too!! (yeah right, like that's actually gonna happen)
