National New Yorker Replacement Pick-up Cover

Does anyone know of a source for a replacement 1957 National New Yorker Pickup cover? The original plastic part has deformed a bit from hand pressure and age so that it bows downward and causes string buzz. I may be able to remove and re-glue a thicker steel plate in the cover to fix the problem but I'd rather just install a new part (even if it looks different) and leave the original alone to avoid the potential of damaging the original part.
