One for sale here locally (Oregon).....for $1,200. On Craigslist, being sold by a surviving family member....what is it? Any idea for value?

The Timberwolf was an intermediate model (Sierra's entry level model). As for pricing, some Sierra owners may be able to give you an idea of fair market value.

The Timberwolf model began when I worked at Sierra. We (Harley James, Mark Simpson, co-workers at Sierra) convinced Don Christianson, to have a polished (rather than anodized) finish model for a more traditional look. We fixed it at a 3 pedal/3KL configuration.

As it was cheaper (no anodize costs). It was priced less than the traditional models.

It is a pro guitar and identical to the traditional Sierras in all other ways.
