I am selling this Melobar Rattler along with a TKL soft case and Melobar SureGrip steel bar. I believe the guitar is made out of poplar and has a dark hand rubbed oil finish. The fretboard is made out of vinyl. The tuning keys are Grover. The pickup is a M213 Humbucker. The guitar is in like new condition. The only issue is that both pods are a little scratchy when adjusted and could maybe use a cleaning. I purchased this guitar directly from Ted Smith whose father (Walt Smith) was the founder of Melobar Guitars. I was told at the time that this was a NOS guitar and was never used. I have only played it a couple of times and decided that I'm a Dobro player and not a lap steel player. That is all I really know about the guitar. I will try and post some photos of this guitar tonight. I'm asking $250 for the package and $20 for shipping. I plan on listing on Ebay if no interst here. Thanks.
